Xabarlar bo‘limi mijozlar va foydalanuvchilarga yuboriladigan xabarlar uchun shablonlar yaratish va ularni boshqarish imkonini beradi. Ushbu bo‘lim orqali oldindan tayyorlangan matnlar saqlanadi va kerakli jarayonlarda avtomatik yoki qo‘lda foydalaniladi.\

Integratsiyalar → Xabarlar bo‘limiga kiriladi va **“Yaratish”** tugmasi orqali yangi xabar shabloni yaratiladi. Har bir shablonda xabar matni kiritiladi va keyinchalik turli jarayonlarda foydalanish uchun saqlanadi.

Ushbu bo‘lim ikki asosiy qismdan iborat:

* **Xabar tarixi** – yuborilgan xabarlar tarixi
